It was outstanding. They were meticulous. It was excellent. I have used this company repeatedly for for 25 years. Price is fair.

Very well, we have carpet thats 30 plus years old. 2 ..4 legged family members that shed constantly . The carpet was sooo clean and fresh feeling on your feet....the other nice thing was after the cleaning the carpet wasn’t a squishy wet carpet. The carpet dried really quick and looked good for an older carpet.

I purchased a $99.00 special and ended up paying well over $400.00 for very basic carpet cleaning.  My carpet was very lightly soiled, but the soil stains returned very quickly after being cleaned.  I feel I was overcharged and the results were unsatisfactory.

It didn't go well. The price quoted was substantially higher than the other company that had been coming approximately every 6 months to clean the carpets Two of the rooms have wool carpets that came with the house. I'm not a carpet expert. Zerorez required that the carpets be vacuumed. I thought this a little gutsy in light of the higher price, but had them done. When I spoke with Tanya she asked about any special dirt. I mentioned a favorite spot of the dog's. She did not ask if any of the carpets were wool. When the tech arrived I mentioned that two of the rooms had wool carpet knowing that there had been a smell when the other company did the work. The original quote for 3 rooms was $113. I was told by the tech that since 2 of the rooms had wool carpet, the cost would be $160. If Zerorez charges extra for wool carpets they should make that clear. The other company did not charge a higher price. I'll go back to them in the future. They did finally agree to their original quote, but too much hassle with Zerorez.

Wonderful - punctual, did work efficiently, was knowledgeable, and answered my questions thoroughly. Did 3 rooms and a large living room. I tried Zerorez because the traffic patterns in the carpets had become awful, and I was considering replacing them. Other carpet cleaners had said discoloration was wear of the fiber and the pad under the carpet was wearing out. They would clean one week and within 2 weeks the traffic patterns looked the same as before cleaning. Zerorez technique lifted the nap and removed all the discoloration. I waited this long to review them because I wanted to see how long it would last. They are still beautiful 3 months later!

It was fine.  The guy was prompt, efficient, pleasant, and knew what he was doing, answered questions, etc.
Price was discounted from TV show which made it about same as other types of carpet services. 
I am very excited about the cleaning process since it is green, does not use chemicals, and therefore leaves no soap residue in fibers of carpet.
It cleaned the dirt, even old dirt, very well. 

It did however, seem to really dry out the carpet, and almost seem to look older. The nap of the carpet seems to be harder to get into looking the same in more versus less traffic parts now.  

They gave me a spray bottle with this electricalized water to try on other surfaces.  It appears to clean as well as other cleansers.

Our service technician, Evan, was prompt, courteous, communicated well and was very professional. We were amazed and honestly pleasantly surprised at how well the cleaning turned out for both the carpeting and the tile grout. We were certain the old stained carpets were beyond help and would need to be replaced. To our amazement, the cleaning was so effective in reviving the old carpets, we now feel we can get a few more years of life out of them thus postponing expensive replacement costs. The environmentally safe cleaning products they used were an added bonus. We will definitely use Zerorez again and would highly recommend them.
