Your House Matters, LLC

We called Your House Matters along with several other contractors.  Ron was fast in getting back to us and came out to do an estimate after working a 12 hour shift.  I was anxious to get the job done as the renovation has run much longer then expected.  Our job was very small in size, but Ron treated us like it was equal to a large job contract.  Now that I have worked with Ron and Jason, I now wish I had found Your House Matters at the beginning of our renovation.  Ron was honest, reasonable and very hard working.  Him and Jason showed up on time, and were VERY cautious of our new floor we just had done.  They carefully covered up the entire work area to ensure no mess and kept their work area tidy and organized.  We had a couple of small problems but with Ron being a general contractor he solved them in a flash and I cannot express how happy I am with the end result.  I am already booking Your House Matters for our next project in two months and so excited to have found a contractor like Ron. that can help me to turn my home into my dream home over the years to come.

Ron did several projects around our house in both May and July of last year and did a fine job, communcated well, cleaned up after the work etc. At that point I would totally have reccomended him to anyone, but then in October he came to do an estimate on a kitchen remodel, and never got back to us or replied to our subesequent attempts to contact him.
Communication is key to me. Even if he had just said "sorry I'm too busy right now" I would feel differently, but radio silence is completely unprocessional IMO and I wouldn't work with him again because of this.

Scheduling was very efficient, everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional, work was done well and I am very satisfied with the work accomplished.

It was a special that I purchased for four hours of home maintenance. I needed to have the parts because they don't bring parts. They will do the maintenance. They were on time and were very professional. They did a great job on all the different projects that I gave them to do. If it goes over four hours then they will tell me upfront the fee and they give a reduced rate.

They had two different people come out two different times. The first was great, but the second was not so great. The owner bent over backwards to take care of it make sure I was happy and that is the hallmark of a good company.
