Excellent! Albert, the plumber took time to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't a plumbing issue [our spa bathtub needs a new motor]. Albert didn't charge us for his services as it was not a plumbing issue. We really appreciated that - and he was able to identify the issue so that we can now get it resolved. We will definitely use and recommend Whitton Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Service was very satisfactory. The recommended repairs solved our problem (leak). Plumber was on site 1.5 hours over two consecutive days. Price included new 1/2 HP garbage disposal.
We also obtained a quote on a misting system with pump but have yet to decide to proceed with that project.

I was pleased with the work. The plumber was careful about keeping everything clean. I had forgotten to remove items from under the sink but he diid that and replaced everything when the work was done. The first time the plumber came to the house he explained how the recirculating pump worked, where the pump and sensors would be placed and the told us exactly what the cost would be. After everything was installed he went over all the directions twice so we would know how to operate the pump. I definitely would recommend them to friends.

Originally called for estimate to install a water conditioner.
Had an appt with another company to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. The other company was unable to keep their appointment so called early this morning to see if the technician who was scheduled to give me the estimate today would have time to install a new faucet in my kitchen sink. The woman I spoke with told me he would and she would call and give him a heads up since that wasn't included on the original ticket.
When the plumber arrived, he first addressed the estimate for the water softener. The kind that I wanted simply won't work at my house because it would be exposed to the harsh desert sun and it's made of plastic so it wouldn't hold up. So we moved on to the kitchen. He had been apprised of the additional work I requested and quickly got to work on it. He cleaned up the hard water stain from my leaky faucet on my stainless steel sink the best he could. Installed the new faucet which I had previously purchased. Tested it to make sure everything worked as it should. Cleaned up the mess.
The gentleman who did the work was courteous, professional and friendly. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE MY HUSBAND WAS STILL ALIVE. I HAVEN'T EVER HAD TO HAVE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE NORMAL DRAIN CLEANING DONE.
