I have no idea how long this roof is going to last......I was told by TWO owners that I would have a 10 year warranty. When I made my last payment, they told me they would not give me a receipt at the time, (never had that happen before) it would be mailed to me along with the warranty. My bad for believing what they told me.......it is a 5 YEAR warranty.....by the 10th year I am paying 90% of the repairs. I could have had a 25 year warranty with shingles. Also I chose this way-more-expensive roofing rather than shingles because I didn't want the mess of taking shingles off (bad experience in the past). Well, little did I know they use the cheapest Styrofoam on the planet.....I had pieces of white styrofoam all over my gravel yard, and I am still finding it. They did come out twice to clean up, but if I wanted a mess I would have gone with shingles at half the cost. They also knew this, and never mentioned this would happen. Also where it rolls over the roof and is attached looks crappy in my opinion. They did try to make it look better but I will have to paint it. Shingles....no. However, on the good side, it does seem to keep my house cooler, as white is the only color they have and it reflects the sun. BUT if the roof only lasts 5 years, well any savings from cooling will not make a difference. I gave them 2 stars because I believe they lied to me about the warranty. So if you do business with them, ASK BEFORE YOU BUY! I guess I just trust people too much.

Service, material, installation and price were all exceptional. The estimator arrived promptly and explained various options for the project. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional and fast. I definitely would use this company again, and I'll recommend them to my neighbors.

The installation is just now complete and it looks wonderful. Hopefully this will continue to be the case years from now as this is why I went with a wood-like aluminum structure. I wanted something with little to no maintenance that could withstand the Tucson sun. So far it looks great!

Troy, the salesman, was extremely knowledgable and helpful with suggestions.  He worked with us to keep costs down as well as to get us the finished porch we needed.  Frank, the man who actually installed the framing and screening was a real professional and very caring about the usefulness of the finished porch for our needs.  My husband uses a wheelchair and Frank worked to make certain the access to and from the porch was as easy as possible for my husband.  Frank also noticed a potential design problem we had with the added pet door and corrected a potential dangerous problem so our small dog would not injure himself. Frank really went the extra step to make sure the finished porch was safe and comfortable for us.  I can not say enough good about this company?their prices were good, they were fast and efficient, arrived by the time they said they would be here, and did the work in a prompt and professional manner.  We are very happy with the results.

Price was reasonable and fair, work was done in timely manner, and the quality was excellent.   A couple of small drips where the awning attaches to roof showed up with next rain.   I called Westerner and repairs were made the next day.  Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly at all times.

The worker, Tom, who came out was meticulous when it came to details. I was thinking he was slow, but my husband said he was doing an excellent and professional job. We were both very satisfied when it was finished. He also removed all the debris as he was leaving each day and left the site neat. He took extra time cutting around the windows and putting in drip channels so future rain shouldn't be a problem.

We got exactly what we wanted. They were excellent. They got a little bit of wood awning slotted on the top and it came out beautiful. I have no complaints at all and they were excellent.

They did a really good job at a good price. Westerner did everything that they said they would and we found the customer service was great as well. I would definitely use them again.

Westerner screened in a portion of my existing patio to create a screen room off my family room. The sales process went fine and the salesperson came up with an initial design to screen the entire patio (it runs the entire width of the house) that was well over what our alloted budget. So, he came out and redesigned it to do half with an extended roof that met the budget perfectly.

Once the deposit was made, I didn't have a ton of contact from them and had to call several times to get the design plan to submit to my HOA - that was the only negative and it really wasn't too bad.

Once the work began, the man who did it was wonderful! He was very informative and patient with my many questions and was very punctual each day. He cleaned up the work site at the end of each day as well. It took a little longer to complete than estimated but it was because the design (which included an angled wall) was a little tricky to install.

Even with that challenge, John (the man who did the install) did the most beautiful job! He meticulously built this room and exceeded every expectation that I had for how it would come out. It included an extended roof line from the existing patio roof and with that, he created a great sized outdoor room. We spend time out there every single day and could not be more pleased with the work John did (and the bonus is that it's safe for our cats, too!). He and his workmanship and skill are outstanding! I would have no hesitation in recommending Westerner to neighbors and friends.

Keith arrived promptly on the day of the estimate. Discussed condition of fascia, took measurements and gave several choices of color and texture for the aluminum covering for the fascia. Approximately two weeks later product installed. Installer arrived on time. Did a nice job and cleaned up after himself. Fascia looks great! No more scrapping, filling and painting up on the ladder.

No rush on my project and I did not push for quick completion. It took 3 weeks to get my color selection delivered and a few days to schedule my small job. Once on site, it took one worker about 4 hours to complete the fabrication and installation. The workmanship was excellent. Both fascia and gutters look great. I would hire them again!

THEY WERE GREAT, WE GOT FOUR QUOTES FOR THE PROJECT, NOT ONLY WERE THEY THE BEST PRICED BUT ALSO THEY HAD BY FAR THE TOP QUALITY. WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PROJECT.

THE MEN DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB INSTALLING THE AWNING ON OUR PATIO. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THE COST WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
