It ultimately was an electrical problem but it could not be determined if it was because of faulty equipment or something their tech had done when he was here. So they (Eric the Manager) agreed that it could not be determined but stated that they always stand behind their work and that they would have to replace the compressor on the outside unit (not a cheap fix) and that they would do it at no charge.
I rarely write reviews but I wanted to share with everyone on Angie's that if a company is willing to stand behind their techs and their work that they are a company worth writing a review for.
I would recommend Western States Home Service to anyone that needs a trustworthy company that you can rely on with management that takes pride in their work and their customer's satisfaction. This is the one to call.
