Frank did an excellent job repairing and recoating our west Tucson home. Totally professional, he completed all repairs and work as promised and on schedule. After being paid, Frank came back a couple of times to touch up the roof coating to match the house paint. GREAT JOB!

Very good roof coating including a lot of cloth in critical areas for a fair price. Also did some needed parapet repair which was included and unexpected. Withstood November rains without any issues.

Frank and his crew did an excellent job on the roof of my brothers mobile home. They paid particular attention to the trouble spots and guarantee roof against leaks for 7 years. Now in year 2 of 7-year warranty. After 2 calls to the office of Weatherseal Roof Coatings, LLC,, to report roof leaking and patching needed, it has now been repaired under warranty. Frank was easy to deal with about the issue and honored the warranty. I can say they do stand behind their warranty and I do now recommend them.

Frank is very reliable, honest and reasonable in price. He responds to phone calls and text in a timely manner. Did a great job on my clients roof. Even went back out after completion of work to make sure everything was satisfactory. Very conscientious about his work. Have used many roofers over span of 18 years. This was my first time using Frank, it will not be my last. Frank has become my roofer for life!

I was very pleased with the work Frank and crew did in repairing the deck's flat roof and patching another flat roof. The work was done very quickly and it looks great. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the time it took to get a call back once I had made the decision to use Weatherseal Roof Coating. Once I did get back in touch with Frank we set a start date and everything was smooth sailing from there. No issues with workmanship or cost etc. The job was very reasonably priced and everyone that came out to work on the roof was very professional. The area was cleaned up when they were done. Excellent service. Prompt and reliable. I really appreciated the before and after pictures of my roof. There was no way I would be climbing up there to inspect. I was in a bit of a bind and needed the roof done quickly before my solar panels were installed and Frank promised it would be completed on time and it was.
