They were very responsive to requests for quotes and with information about their services. Unfortunately they price for 3 months of service (at an estimated $79) was the only accurate part of their quote. When the first bill came it was $169.23. I thought crazy that's a lot ,but they charged two separate $30 fees to deliver cans on two separate days in addition to a $35 set up fee and another $5 admin charge plus $31.50 for fuel and some prorated fees for collection service. So I say well its more than they said to set up but at least 3 months service will be out of the way, I pay and start putting my cans out on the day they told me to. For 4 weeks they only emptied the recycling can and left my garbage. I finally was frustrated and called to find I had been given two days for pick up. How convenient I get to make 4 separate trips up and down the hill of my 300 foot driveway. Then a new bill comes 2 weeks after paying the first for the next 3 months of service, seems I didn't get that out of the first $169 charge. Never again with this company, there were so many to chose from and I chose poorly.

I've used them since I moved to Tucson area in 1994. They used to be a good service, but things seem to have changed. In the last few months I've: 1. Had a garbage carrier overturned , spilling garbage all over the street (I don't know if the driver dropped it or some animal overturned it before the truck arrived) it was left as is for me to find later. Complaint response was, "Since we went to 'driver only' there's nothing we can do about that". 2. Today (recycle pickup) cardboard and paper were picked up but two bags of other recyclables were put back in the container and left.

Good, until they got greedy, raising my price by 15%. When I found a replacement for 40% less they offered to match. If they could match down to 40% of their charges, why were they raising my price in the first place?

In the past three months of new service, I can honestly say that I had to call Waste Management over 15 times to get them to come pick up the trash.  When we first started the service, they missed both the trash pick up and the recycling at least three times, which required phones calls from me for two weeks. Then they missed the trash cycle again, until they finally were able, after three weeks of constant calling, to figure out the pick up.  The recycling continued to be a problem.  This last month was the first month they finally were able to get the pick ups on the scheduled days.  I told them I wanted a refund for all the times they had missed pick ups on the recycling and the three times they missed on trash.  They apologized and said they would definitely refund my account.  When I got the bill, all they took off was 10 dollars.  The bill was 139.00 dollars.  (they had increased it $10 dollars already on the new bill, which had been $129.00 the first quarter).  When I called to complain they said that the recycling was free so they don't reimburse that.  I told them my time spent on the phone continually calling them to come get the trash they had missed was worth more than $10 and they had also missed regular trash several times.  They said the cost of the trucks driving, and other fees, cause them to not give more of a refund.  So they were charging me the fees it cost for them to finally come out and get the trash, even though it required me to call for days in a row because they would continue to promise they would come, then they wouldn't.  He came back on the line and said he could give me a $29.00 refund, which still seemed ridiculous to me.  I had been told from a customer service rep the last time I had talked to them that they would give a "significant refund" since it was noted all the times I had called.  I don't consider $29.00 significant.  I was a new customer, they should have been concerned about how horrible my service was and at least compensated half the bill, since half the time they had been late on the pick ups and forced me to call as much as 4 times (4 days) in a row for each miss to get them to pick it up.  When I told them I was just going to cancel service, they said fine and canceled.  And guess what?  My three containers they were supposed to pick up already are still sitting out front.....

MLK day is never certain with Waste management.. I checked their website and it said they recognized this holiday and
trash pickup would be delayed a day.So I waited until the following day. Never came. Called 1/20. Was promised trash would
be picked up that day by 6 p.m. or 12:00 noon the next day.......Never happened. Called 1/21. THAT lady told me I would be credited and they would come the following Monday my usual trash day...Umm lady, the trash bin is completely full now. Okay,
they will be there by 6:00 p.m..........Never happened..
Just one amusing sidenote, My next door neighbor had the same problem as I. But one explanation she got that I did not
was the trash man came but  couldn't find  trash bin. Where is it? WM asks. On the street neighbor says. Which street?
WM replies. "The only street in front of my house at the end of a cul de sac.
I'm contacting Arizona Sanitation.

We have dealt with them nearly five years. At first, everything went smoothly, but in the past year I have had several issues with them. Last fall, they suddenly stopped pick-up with no explanation. When I called, I was informed that our credit card had expired, but it had NOT. Finally, after several exchanges, they got it straightened out, I thought. But when I got my next billing, they had charged a late fee of $35.00, and I got no rebate for the missed service dates. Since then we have had several missed pick-ups, and after I call, they come and get it in a day or two, but the last time they said that it was my fault because our bin wasn't out, but it was! That was the last straw, and we are switching providers.

Their service is good. They pick up our trash. I have couple of things to come up about them. When I first used them, they delivered the wrong bin and I called them to give me the right one. They have been in competition in the area, and so they recently responded to my request to lower my rate. They come twice a week. I will continue to use them.

I like that I was able to arrange for their service where they come to my door to collect the can. I am disabled so it is difficult for me to move the garbage can all the way to the curb. The only issue is that their driver turnover is high and they do not get proper training and I often get missed. Their customer service line is hard to get through to arrange for a pickup when I am missed. Unfortunately, I have no other choice for garbage pickup so I will continue to use them.
