Update. They came out and did the small repair for free. Although, I see a small gap, I dont want to deal with them about this again. As to Customer Service....when he came out for this repair, he attacked me verbally. I'm not going to take the time to go into the conversation here, but he was very hostile, raising his voice, upset that I had complained about not getting an appointment. He would not settle down and talk. He kept coming at me until I had to go in my house and shut the door to get away from him. I don't accept being yelled at or bullied as appropriate behavior. I definitely would not recommend any single woman hire this man. (He said he is the father and his son owns the business.)

Andrew was helpful in offering suggestions of how to stop the leaking of our new roof, which was completed by another contractor less than a year ago. The scuppers were not properly sealed. He completed their job, took photos, and explained how this problem can occur. When we need a new roof, I will call them for a bid. It was a smaller job but they treated it as a priority.

I want to commend both Edward (the son) and Ed (the father) on their time and professionalism in restoring the roof on our now 116-year-old single family home (duplex) in the Armory Park Historic District. Our family has owned the home for over 80 years (or four generations). The over 60-year-old roof (we figured from the total layers on the existing roof) needed replacement and Edward was not only diligent in obtaining the necessary permits and dealing with the Tucson Planning and Development Department officials, but I felt at ease seeing that Edward's estimate was detailed, so I knew exactly what was going to be repaired. We (meaning me, the roofers, and representatives from the Tucson Planning and Development Department) also had to have a meeting with members from the voluntary Historic Association just a couple of weeks prior to the project starting. This project originally began via HomeAdvisor on 23 October 2017. After the necessary permits were secured from the City of Tucson, work began on the roof on 11 January 2018 and finished just short of 14 days later on 26 January due to rain on at least a couple of days during the project. I found that speaking to both Edward and Ed to be pleasant. And I genuinely liked them. What I liked most is when Edward took pictures using his drone. This made it easy for them to present the Planning and Development Department the necessary pictures of the roof to approve and sign off on the permits to begin the work.

Comment: This company is so on the ball. Three days from estimate to job done. That was not just applying sealant but repairing a 15 foot crack in our roof in a manor that was above and beyond the original estimate at no additional fee. They saved us from what could have been a disaster. Very professional, very timely, Very Good work. My husband says our roof is "Bullet Proof" We are planning on Hiring them to paint our home in the near future, My sister is hiring them for roof work also.

I have only seen the work from pictures yet it appears that the company did a good job. I gave them a 3 stars for customer service since I requested the company to wait and not perform the work until I gave the company an exact date to work on my roof. The company may not have completely understood what I was saying and performed the work anyway. The work is completed now even with the miscommunication yet it appears that the company has done a good job. I would recommend this company just be clear on all communication in the future!
