The estimate for the roofing, fascia board, rehanging my gutters, and two new skylights for the bathrooms was what I had seen online for the foam roof only. They were courteous, on time, cleaned up the outside very well. They actually added some plywood that went to the fascia board, because the old ones had rotted. I was not charged extra for these plywood sheets and labor. They came in on the estimate exactly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a new roof.

Edward Jr. was quick to reply to my estimate request and answered a load of questions as I compared contractors. The crew was led by Edward Sr. and they were super professional in all aspects of the work. I had foam roofing installed, weather coating, extensive parapet repair, and the entire house painted. The 4-man crew was hard working, polite, responsive to my needs, and diligent in every aspect of the job. It was clear that they have high standards for their work and are proud of what they do. Can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend Wilson & Dale.....high quality work, affordable, and professional. A perfect combination.

If you need work on your roof, you have to talk to these guys! If I could give them more stars I would. My roof was a mess. 3000 sq ft of flat roof built from 4X6 beams. It had ponding, leaks and a layer of decomposing pressboard (built before plywood was invented) and more. We had several estimates and Wilson&Daleâ s was by far the lowest, and even though many things came up that ended up requiring several days more labor, they barely charged us any more. Because they did a foam roof, they were also able to get rid of the ponding and redirect the runoff. The boss, Ed, was super knowledgeable and knew just what to do. In the several months since they completed it, we have had to call them twice for little things and they came out right away and took care of the issue, and our summer electric bills (in Tucson) are just over half of what they were last year. Pretty good right? As great as all that is, the best part is that these people are great human beings. They are honest and really care about what they are doing and the people they are helping. I have had my share of problems with contractors, and I was sort of expecting them to short change me or not respond afterward if I needed them. Not these guys. They really stand by their product. You would be nuts if you didnâ t give these guys a call.

These guys are fantastic. They came when they said they would and did what appeared to be a great job. Two day later it rained and my son discovered some pooling. We called and a few days later they came and did a great job on the pooling places. I haven't seen service like this in YEARS, And all with a smile and courtesy. My first Home Advisor experience but definitely not my last.

We had the best experience with this company from start to finish. Arrived on time and great customer service. We had a roof repair and sealant put on our flat roof and they did it before monsoon season. Although they were not the least expensive bid, the reason we chose them was for their customer service and the extra services they provided made up for the small difference in price. We would recommend them to anyone.

ROOF REPAIRS The job, work crew and clean up; all well done and good people. Extra effort by crew to locate any roofing nails and material in the yard. Owner and site supv. quick to answer any questions. Easy to work with. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT Difficulty getting office call-back with initial estimate as well as scheduling once I agreed to hire. On the day of ?pre-wash?, schedule was for 8:30:9;00am. Employee called to inquire what time they were scheduled. Did not show until near noon. At completion of work, I was advised final receipt would be mailed electronically; have not received one to date.
