Crews arrived on schedule, explained what they were going to do and care they would take to avoid potential problems with cleanup. They answered all my questions with full explanations and described in detail repairs made and methods used. I would recommend them to my neighbors. PS.. I like my neighbors!!

I would highly recommend Wilson & Dale, LLC for your roofing repair. Their honesty and integrity is above today’s standard. They quickly responded to my request for an estimate and informed of a badly cracked sky light acrylic dome. None of the other estimates I received mentioned this. Their estimate also included the exterior A/C ducting to be removed and replaced. This alone is a huge cost savings. Only one other company included this labor in their estimate but I could not afford that companies pricing. The A/C guy also offered a resolution to two problems with the existing duct work at no extra cost. Wow!! I am thoroughly pleased with the workmanship and the pricing for renewing my roof and stopping the leaks. Thanks Edward and Andrew!

Two years ago, in December of 2016, this bunch put a new roof on my house. Presently, in December 2018, there are 37 cracks in the roof and two leaks in the ceiling. I have hired someone else to do the repairs, which will cost approximately what the original roof did.

So far I have had them out for a consultation only; however, I was so pleased with the assessment, the temporary work they did and the professionalism that I hired them for the larger job of finishing the repair, prepping the roof properly and applying the necessary sealant. Will review again after the work is finished, but so far I am VERY PLEASED! BTW, the other companies didn't even bother to reply... that's a 0 (ZERO) for me

They included removal of existing roof before foam application, whereas other roofers just wanted to overlay the existing surface. The Crew were efficient and made good efforts to keep areas clean and to do a quality job. The oWners were very professional being responsive to calls, emails, concerns etc. Only issues we had relate to areas of ponding after being completed. They will monitor these and see if more foam is required to resolve. Also, note: if you have a pool be aware that asphalt and foam dust from grinding/cutting will likely get blown onto water's surface, so expect to do a lot of skimming during the job😬. Overall, I would recommend them strongly and will use them in the future for roof areas not done at this time.
