Overall decent, but some obvious cleaning was missed, that should have been done. The people were very nice, I believe part of the issue was needed another person and the extra lady seemed unsure of what to do. I saw her sweeping entry way light debris onto carpet. Vanessa was great, she was doing every thing she could to get things right, overall though it was lacking & needed more personnel to accomplish the job 3 & 1/2 stars is my rating.
