Responded quickly to the service request. Scheduled an appointment right away. Frank showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the A/C running like a champ. The system is 24 years old and he made some recommendations about replacement. Frank offered a quote. There was no pressure to make a fast decision. Which I appreciated.

The company initially arrived on the owners birthday and worked the entire day. The installed a new air conditioner to replace a unit about 25 years old. It was a tight space that it needed to be installed in. They came back to hook up the new furnace unit and will come back to check the gas system once the cold weather sits in. 'Quality work, clean up after working and friendly and trustworthy individuals. A family owned business that is reliable.

Frank was very quick in response in diagnosing and solving our problem. We knew our unit was older & of course hoping for a simplistic solution. Frank was honest & fair of the diagnostic. We did end up replacing our OLD unit with an updated energy efficient one. His prices are VERY fair and the whole install was completed all in one day. They removed the old unit, installed a new indoor thermostat control & even replaced the air filter. Took all old parts away & even all cardboard too. I would recommend Untouchables to anyone who needs AC assistance.

They were able to see me next day. Other companies were 1-2 weeks out even though my air conditioner was not working and we were having extreme heat. They fixed the problem, made recommendations without being pushy. They are a local family owned business and I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice and professional.

My mistake was I didn't use due diligence and follow my normal process and get 3 estimates. I found the cost to be beyond what I considered to be fair, but that was my fault for not asking in advance.killed my budget for the rest of the month on a fixed income. Untouchables great people.
