The inspection went great. The sales representative Martin was very informative, honest, kind, and professional. He was able to give me different options that work for my budget and my situation. University Termite and Pest Control was responsive to my call and flexible in setting up my initial appointment. The technician arrived per our schedule and reviewed the property then provided me an estimate which I felt was fair. The service technician arrived within days to perform the treatment and to install the pest control. I was pleased with the responsiveness and service.

I thought we had termites because I noticed a couple of holes in the wall in the back part of our house. A representative came over and inspected our whole house -- found no evidence of termites. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. There was no charge for the inspection! We will definitely be using their services in the future.

I have University spray at my Condo (rental) and my Home and I never have to worry about bugs. The (lets call him Bug Guy) Bug Guy is great he calls and works around our schedule because we have animals inside and out and kids around all the time. He also took the time to find out little things like do we like early or late afternoon visits should he call before every visit or should he ring the door bell (we do not like it rang because dogs go crazy) baby asleep.
I have been with University now 4 years and love their service.

I tend not to write reviews unless the experience is either very bad, or very good. I'm happy to report that today's was very good. I've had an annual termite contract on my house with University for many years, and call them whenever I notice any termite activity. Their people always arrive on time, and act in a professional manner to get the job done. Today started off no differently. Jason had been treating the problem spot in the garage, and knocked on the door to let me know we was done and complete the paperwork. I thought he'd left, when he knocked again to tell me he noticed 2 more spots on his way out. One on the ceiling, and one high on the wall -- I never even thought to look up there. He got his equipment back out of the truck, and got to back work. It's so nice to come across someone who is dedicated to doing a good job, instead of just rushing off to their next task. I really appreciate Jason going that extra mile for me.

Very satisfied with service. There have not been any termite or pest issues in the 3 years that University has been doing the service. The bait stations are not intrusive and seem to work well. It is a lot better than the old barrier system that needed retreat every time the barrier is disturbed.

I recently purchased a house in Tucson which apparently the previous owner waited longer than they should have to call in someone to take care of termites. Back in 2008(from what the neighbors said). They finally addressed the situation when they had a stalagmite of termites hanging down in their bedroom. University is who they hired and kept contract with them since. Since buying the house and remodeling some of the rooms, I found some apparent termite damage. All was old and non active. Trent just happened to be on the street and saw that someone new was occupying the house and dropped by to let me know all about the house and what he had done to correct the past situations. I signed a new contract with him for 1 year and paid up front. For the price I paid, I hope not to have any problems in the future.

Alls they want is their money every year. I have to call them every year to come and check. I wouldn't recommend them. The amount I pay they don't do anything for it.They basically tell you when they can come not when its convenient for you.

"I'm sorry to hear about your dissatifaction with University. I reviewed your file and see that you have been a Termite customer of ours since 1994. This service is a warranty service. In the event termites appear in or on your home we will come out and treat the infestation at no additional charge to you. The annual fee that you pay is the warranty continuation fee. Every year we send out a renewal notice with an option to schedule a free inspection. With that said, we would gladly perform any additional inspections through out the year at no cost to you, per your request. I noticed you requested Mondays or Tuesdays for the inspection and I see we scheduled the appointment for Monday the 23rd in April, perhaps you had to make that request a couple of times and that's where the frustration has come in. I will address the staff and reitterate that we work for the customer and we work on their time line. We value you as a customer and I appreciate the fact that you took time to give your feed back.
