UNDER BUDGET CABINETS

Overall, this company seemed more interested in making a sale then pleasing a customer. They were timely, arriving when they said they would, and doing the work in the estimated time frame(one day)and for the estimated amount. The installation had a couple of glitches, mainly because they had only one guy doing the work. Later I found that the installer had miscut an electrical outlet box, and patched it, and never said a word about it. The doors are also installed so that neighboring doors can't be opened at the same time without rubbing against each other. Where I am most displeased, however, is with the attitude of the sales rep. He seemed uninterested in showing me anything beyond the basics. I had to keep probing, and then felt I wasn't getting a full picture of the options. I always felt as though he was rushed and really didn't care. Even with this, I decided to go ahead and purchase because the price was reasonable. Afterwards, my follow up requests to the same sales rep(installing a base molding at the bottom of the base cabinets, leveling the doors of the under-sink unit where one flared out a bit from flush)were ignored. And now, a few months after installation, I am somewhat unhappy with the quality...hinges seem to be loosening.

I wasn t very happy with the outcome of this service, because it was obvious that the workers they sent out had no clue as to what to do about my plumbing and garbage disposal. Instead of asking me beforehand, they completely took out all the plumbing and the disposal and threw it out. This left me with the big expense of putting it all back in. When I called to ask for compensation for this mistake, they told me the best they could do was not charge me for one cabinet. As I doubt that one cabinet could be worth over $500, or the value of the all the plumbing and the disposal which I had to get someone to come back out and install, I wasn t happy. The quality of the cabinets was good and the price was relatively competitive, but the follow-up and the overall experience was poor. I will not use them again.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS TERRIBLE. WHEN THEY MEASURED THEY MESSED UP SO IN THE END WE WERE ONE CABINET SHORT AND THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR IT. THEY ALSO HAVE NOT DONE ANY OF THE FOLLOW UPS LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.
