Workmen arrived at scheduled time.  Performed all the work on schedule. Cleaned up and left everything in tip top condition.  Workmen and supervisor were congenial and did an excellent job.

They did many thing right and did a good job on the shower, sheetrock, cabinets etc.  Where they fell down was in protecting property adequately and them the paint crew made many mistakes.  They did not correctly note what was gross paint previously and what was not.  Paint a whole wall of slump in gloss paint, which was supposed to be flat.  Did not bother to paint white ceilings white again; just continued spraying the yellow wall paint onto the ceiling; painted base boards the wall color instead of white enamel, etc.  They just did whatever was easy for them, and totally ruined what had been a custom paint job, by not replacing the right color, or type of paint.

The workers arrived on time and did a great job, very professional results.

I called Tuhavi after receiving a quote that was 2 and 1/2 times what the insurance adjuster said it should cost for repairs. Tuhavi company repaired a previous residence in the early 1990s when a massive tree fell on the roof of the structure. Their estimatefor this job was under what the insurance company said it would cost, and I thought the job would be done well based on experience. We had to have a plumber replace the toilet in the middle of the job, but they worked closely with me to make sure everything was completed as quickly as possible. In addition, one worker checked on the toilet repair and found a leak which had to be repaired before the carpet could be redone. Their work was excellent.

Provider did all the work as requested, on time and at the estimated cost. Contractor discovered a couple of unforseen issues and resolved them to our full satisfaction. Work went so well we added a few additional items to the work list.

The guys working the job were great. Paul, Luis, Jason, John and Mike did great work. They were extremely professional and helpful. Their work was as perfect as I could have hoped for and they definitely didn't cut corners. Every morning they showed up right when they said they would. They even gave recommendations on how I could keep up on some maintenance items myself in the future. Buddy and Charlie gave the estimates and supervised the jobs. They were very fair in the pricing and made sure everything was done the right way. I couldn't be happier with the work they did on the house. They took great care of my house as they worked on it.

With the exception the exception of the carport floor, all work was quite satisfactory. Tuhavi paid to have the carport floor coated to cover the uneven job of the original concrete pour. This was a very satisfactory solution to the problem.

They are a small company so you really get to know the people they employ. They give you personal service. They always do what they say they are going to do, on time and on budget.

They were excellent.

It was difficult to find the source of the leak. Tuhavi tried several solutions and tested them. Kept trying new solutions until the right one was found. Didn't charge for extra time involved.

I was moderately dissatisfied. They have done an okay job with past jobs but the garage experience kind of summed up my dissatisfaction. It was kind of shotty work in the garage.

I didn't contract them but the tile company sent them over. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very friendly. They let us know what they were doing. When they came in to do the job they came right through it and didn't drag around anything. They told us what was going to be involved and they just came and did it right. I didn't have to call them back for anything as they did it right for the first time. They cleaned up and took care of everything. There was no problem whatsoever. I was really impressed with them and in fact I recommended them to couple of other people. Their price was very competitive.

Took several attempts to solve and fix the reason for the leak. That caused the repair to take several weeks to complete. Only problem is I had to replace one window twice -- not cheap. But I believe Tuhavi made its best effort -- spent much more time than they had estimated without charging me more.

This company is an A+ company all the way around. I have used their services for 15 years. Charlie LeDuc is the owner and he has a lot of talent and experience. When I want a job done right, I make certain to contact him. They are a little pricey, but well worth it for the top quality work.
