This clinic is recommended by several doctors in Tucson. I believe their program is sound and it works, I just am not very good at following directions.  They try to give you every support needed. I did make one phone call with a question about the program and it took a few days for the nurse to get back to me with an answer that I needed when I 1st called. It could have been an anomaly since I only called 1 time.  I also felt the book on the program (not the handouts) was poorly written. It will never make the NYT list.

I went from his weight loss program. I have lost about 40 lbs. They did it the real way, you have do clean eating. I give him high marks for his program and his staff is wonderful. They do good follow through. That's one person in Tucson that I will highly recommend. They do an assessment of you and they have different programs so he fits you into a program he thinks you'll work with. They check in with you weekly. The facility is a small doctor office and basically you do the program at home. He gives you a program and a booklet and we do things at home. He looks at it every week and makes sure you are on track. He'll adjust it for you if you need it. You get personal care there.

In 2 weeks I have lost 10 lbs and have 10 more to go! Diet is hard but you get results!
