Very polite and courteous. Did an excellent job of estimating the time the job would take and the costs involved. The grout looks new. The granite countertops feel great ( there was some pitting previously). We had numerous pet stains that they removed from carpet. In fact. just as they were saying that they were finished, we found a new pet stain on the newly cleaned carpet. Aaron stayed and removed the stain at no extra charge. I rounded up the bill to include a tip and told him to have lunch on us. I am VERY pleased with the work this company performed.
