Signed up for the full service on our pool, which is $125.00 a month. Made several calls to the office to ask why the pool had not been vacuumed during two of the weeks of regular service, one of which was after a huge windstorm, and was told I have once-a-week service, and that I had to wait until my next scheduled service day to have the problem addressed. The person who took my call was abrupt and dismissive, saying they service too many pools to come out for "special requests", although I was polite and professional in approach. Also, I had to repeat call them to get a response. I left messages twice and did not receive call-backs. I am giving the "Quality of Work" category a D, since the initial clean was excellent. However, follow-through and maintenance are extremely poor.

The pool was not attended to carefully enough over the summer. The management did an acceptable job of righting the situation, but the level of care at the working level is marginal.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NEED BE.

THEY DO SUCH A GOOD JOB. THE MEN ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, AND THEY DON'T MIND MY CHILDREN TALKING TO THEM. THEY DO A NICE JOB IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

I NEVER EVEN SEE THE MAN FROM TUCSON POOL AND SPA. THEY COME OUT AND CLEAN AND BALANCE MY POOL, AND THEY ALSO CHANGED ANY FILTERS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED OR CHANGED, AND THEY ALWAYS LEAVE THE PLACE CLEANER THAT IT WAS.

THE GUY FROM TUCSON POOL AND SPA COMES TO MY HOUSE AND DOES HIS WORK EVEN IF I'M NOT THERE, WHICH IS REALLY CONVENIENT FOR MY BUSY SCHEDULE AND WHEN I AM HOME, HE IS VERY COURTEOUS.

THEY COME ONCE A WEEK, AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED WITH WHAT WE WANTED DONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY TOLD US IF WE NEEDED NEW FILTERS. THEY ALSO TOLD ME WHAT CHEMICALS THEY HAD USED.
