Jeff Bell drove to my home 35 miles from his office, so I wasn't without my computer for a day or a week. He cleaned up the system, straightened out some network connections, made sure all programs were updated, and solved some program problems (open one, another doesn't work, etc). He worked for about 3 hours. I'd done system scans and defrags to no avail ... after Jeff worked on the computer, it went from slooooow to fast, and every program works.
