Tucson Eco-Clean

To start, I was able to make an appointment online which was nice since it showed me what availabe times they had opened and I could easily select what day and time that would work for me. They were able to come on a sunday which was great since I work tues-saturday. Most other places I looked at did not offer weekend cleans. 24 hours before my apointment, I was reminded by Tucson Eco-Clean of my scheduled time. I had a very heavily spotted entry way that I wasn't sure would be able to come out, it looks brand new now! I was also very pleasantly surprised when he saw that I had an area rug rolled up to be thrown away (very very dirty and red spots) he offered me his prices on area rugs and asked if I wanted to add it on so I wouldn't have to toss it. Both 2 rooms and 8x10 rug was done and virtually dry within an hour. My carpets look amazing!! All the soiled spots and heavy traffic areas look as new as the day I moved in. Another thing that I was surprised about was I was getting over a cold and suffer from asthma (chemicals and scents usually make this 17362xs worse) but he explained how the product they use is eco friendly and did not have harsh chemicals, I had no adverse reaction! There were also no hidden fees for spots or anything. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend this business to anyone needing their carpets.
