It was one of the most positive experiences we had of our remodel. The cabinets are very good quality and the professionalism of the company is very high.

Terrible. Incompetent, inconsiderate, arrogant, zero customer service. Unable to contact. Of 8 cabinets 3 were wrong or wrong size. Had to reorder. Added 6 weeks to job completion. Was there when they measured. But they never showed me or cleared with me their drawing and order. Their measurements were correct in front of me but were wrong when they placed order. Woodwork poor to fair (rough spots, uneven stain, exposed ends.) Whole fiasco could have been avoided by a single email for me to clear before ordering.

Working with Marco was always a pleasant experience. He was easy to deal with over the phone and in person at their store. We ordered the roll trays and were unsure if they would be ready for installation during the week that I wanted them installed. I received a phone call ahead of the proposed installation date and they had arrived. Marco scheduled the installation during the week that I needed them installed. When the installer arrive he was pleasant and professional. I would do business with Tucson Cabinets again.

There prices were very competitive compared to the competition. Tim was very professional and skilled at what he does. I would use this company again in the future. They did exact what they said they would do.

I like the quality of the merchandise. The installation guys were top notch. They were lacking a little in customer service. It was a little bit hard to get responses out of them sometimes. The quality and value were good. Overall I was very happy with their work. They were somewhat high in price but they were not the highest.
