Noticeable improvement following his service. Grout was much brighter than it was prior to the cleaning.

It went great and fine.  He was good.  He was very good.  I was not thrilled with his work but it was good.  I probably would use him again.

The tile a grout job was above average. The air ducts were not not well done at all. I had to have someone else come out and redo them.

They did great.  They were on time and did an awesome service.  They did more than I asked and expected.  I couldn’t ask for more.  The work was excellent.  My interaction with them was excellent.  There was no extra cost.

Generally, it went well; it's difficult to know how clean one's vents are after such a service; he did fair to take off tape from two vents...something a discovered a day later. He also seemed much more interested in cleaning my grout than in cleaning the vents. I can't tell much difference in the grout or the cleanliness of the air, but it was a good price for both services.

Dwane was very punctual. Prior to his service, he completely explained how the process worked and how much time it would take.  He brought in his equipment, determining which vent to use as access, blocking all the others.  And he took care in protecting my furniture.  After completing the process, he showed me how much dust and debris had collected on the filter of his machine.  It certainly reinforced my decision to have the vent cleaning done, as this home is about 11 years old.

I had purchased a coupon for 1000 sq ft. of tile cleaning and thought I would just do one level of our home that gets a lot of traffic.  I ended up having the whole home and the carpets done and I'm glad I did.  The kitchen was particularly dirty and I knew that.  I thought the living room was ok, but after cleaning it turned out that it wasn't.  I thought the kitchen floor looked amazing after the first cleaning, but Dwane wasn't satisfied and went over it again.  He was right, it was even brighter after the 2nd pass. My family was amazed that it was the same floor.  I would definitely use True Blue again, but next time I won't wait until it gets that bad.

Cleaning grout and tile went fine. Re coloring grout is bad. Sloppy work. Color paint not just on grout but on tile and adjacent carpet. We are trying to clean up the mess but will probably have to have all the paint removed and grout coloring redone.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company.  It was okay.  I would say fair.  It didn't really make that big of a difference.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. The man who contacted me after my purchase was friendly and prompt, but it's the quality of work that I am disappointed with. In a nutshell, the grout on my tiled floors still looks dirty. I would say it actually looks worse, because instead of being a uniform color, it is now pretty blotchy. Mostly the color is the same as before it was cleaned, but in some places it did get clean, which actually makes the dirty parts look even more dirty. Very disappointing. My tile isn't even that old -- we built our house less than two years ago and since we don't even wear shoes inside, I didn't think it would be that hard to get the tile back in shape. 
I do have to say though, that when the provider was here he offered to clean the carpet, which we did. The carpet looks great, and he was able to get out a stain that had been driving me crazy. 
I am happy with the carpet, just not sure what went wrong with our tile.
