Service technician showed up when scheduled, found and fixed the short. Checked all operating system and left work area clean.

called to have my cooler prepped for start up.  was given a cost ( not an estimate) of 100.00 including travel for the tech.  tech was 10 minutes late.   took him about an hour to get job done.no biggy there.   total cost was 167.00.  asked him why the difference.  he told me the extra 67.00 was for his travel time. told him what i was quoted,  he didn't  have an answer other than to say it happens all the time.  would i use them again? not sure if i would or not. they need to be more accurate on the quotes they give. 

First job - Amazing attention to detail by Nathan the AC technician. Cleaned the entire work space - got right down to work. Explained each process and what the problems were he was encountering. Spent hours getting the old unit up and running. Signed up for their contract - My heating unit was not operating and we decided that could wait for the fall service. Nathan came in the fall for the service and found that it was a motor that had bearings worn causing overheating and tripping the safety switch. I asked if he could return the next day to do the work - promptly he was there. These guys are prompt, great to work with. Tony in the office and Nathan are the two I work with. Once I find a service person who knows what they are doing, cares and is professional - I will wait until they are available to perform work if needed. Great company in my opinion.
