Some call backs were required to fix leaks and one poorly sliding window but the workmen were very competent and we are very pleased with the final result. The windows operate well are easy to clean and block street noise amazingly well. Ours is a two story house so the installation was challenging on the upper story.

Should be called Triple Pain.  The best thing they do is marketing.  Before we had them replace our windows we had no water leakage into our house. Now when we have a monsoon storm we've got water pouring in.  Have been calling them for several months now and while the woman who answers the phone is very pleasant, nothing gets fixed.  They are too busy with new business to stand by their warranty.

Update:
After having the house repainted the window leaks stopped.  I think the installation and subsequent expansion and contraction of the window frames caused cracks in the stucco which were not readily visible.  I would recommend that anyone having these windows installed should consider having their house repainted sometime after the installation.  I'm not sure how long after installation would be ideal.

We are still very happy with the quality of the windows, especially the noise reduction benefit.

Updated review: we were happy with the windows until it started raining in Tucson, now the windows leak and we cannot get Triple Pane to repair.   While the windows themselves seem to be of excellent quality, we would not hire Triple Pane again.

We were very pleased with the result.  The initial contact with Brad was informative and low pressure. There was very little if any competitor bashing as we found common with other vendors.  We were provided with addresses of other installations to view and one owner even allowed an in-house inspection of his installation.
After signing the contract the windows were ordered and that took about six weeks.  Brian and Chris were the installers and we were very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism.  The job was quite difficult since triple pane widows are heavy and many were on the second story.  One of the windows required scaffolding to be brought in for the installation.
Although the windows cost more than double panes from other vendors, we selected Triple Pane because their windows appear to be of higher quality construction and we wanted to mitigate traffic noise from an adjacent street. Traffic noise and barking dog noise was substantially reduced by the new windows.
If I remember correctly service is guaranteed without charge for the life of the home and that includes glass replacement.

We did not change our windows when we remodeled the place. They were very good with the work. From our experience dealing with companies like these I consider their product to be the best. They were more expensive than other places. The crew was very talented and did a good job.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional. The workers and installers were wonderful and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of product was great. Everything was wonderful from start to finish.

I'm surprised at the reviews for this company as my experience has been quite different.  They replaced all the windows in my house including 2 sliding glass doors.  Since I have had the windows I have only had one problem with the sliding glass door and that's only because it is used continuously and the lock broke.  They came right out and looked at it, ordered the part and fixed it at no charge.  Everyone I have dealt with has been really professional and very nice.

They came promptly and fixed the problems.  However, they pointed out that I had had other windows installed by another company also.  That seemed to aggravate them.  When I pointed out jagged stucco surrounding a window they had installed, the guy said he would have to have Craig, the owner, look at it and also flipped when he saw the window tinting I had had installed by a company that Craig had suggested when I had the Bristol windows installed in '09.  I was having a heat build up problem with the TPs and he wrote the name and phone number of the tinting company in my literature folder.  Craig was to come by and check out the one window which was getting worse (heat).  Craig never called me although I left several messages and spoke to his mother Marilyn who mans the phones.  When I didn't hear from him, I called Marilyn and was informed by voice message that she was unavailable.  My call went to Craig's voice mail and to this day (8/16), have been blown off.  The lady at the tint company is investigating the tint for possible malfunction. There was nothing in the contract that stated that I was forever forward obligated to use only windows from Triple Pane and so I feel that my "disloyalty" figured into this punishment.By the way, when I asked Craig about tinting the Bristol windows, he never said anything about that voiding the warranty or else why would he write the name of the tinting company in my brochure?

Overall, I rated TPS an A. For me buying replacement windows was a bit of a "crap shoot". The are lots of companies that sell replacement windows. Their prices vary quite a bit! In the case of TPS , Angies List was of little help. I think there only 2 reviews of TPS at the time we made our decision.

Replacing windows at least in our case was a significant expense. I really like the customer service we received from TPS. I like the window/screen products that we purchased. The design is very robust.

Bottomline for me is the AZ weather will cause some deterioration in window seals over time. make sure you buy a product that has a good replacement warranty.

My overall experience was horrible. The work was bad and they did not want to fix it. They told me they could do something they couldn't do and charged me 50% up front for that work they couldn't do.

Overall, the experience was great.  The initial salesperson came to the house, did his pitch and did not badger us to make a sale.  When we were ready, we contacted the company, windows were measured, ordered, and installed on schedule.  The technicians who did the installation were efficient and courteous.

I only wish I had known about this website before I had windows put in by triple Pane .  Hopefully I have gotten word out what crooks they are. My first clue should of been when they gave me an estimate of 16000.00 I said no and all the sudden its down to 4500.00 . I told them I needed the windows in before I went on vacation which they said was no problem , until I called when it was getting close and they couldn't do it and denied saying they could. If I had known they weren't going to put them in when they said I wouldn't of bothered. Instead I had to cancell my vacation to wait for windows. Then they install my bathroom window with a big crack in it  and clear glass , I ordered frosted . Which is what they took out. Everyone I dealt with was totally rude and unprofessional, how they stay in business I will never know. They left broken glass all over my yard . My living room window came apart in 3 months.

I wanted a window that was tinted that would reduce the heat and light coming in. Now its summer the window is not doing its purpose we bought it for. When he came out to look at the window, the sun was not coming in to the window therefore, not reading the temperature correctly that we were upset about. The representative got upset with me when I stated this and left my house and said he didn?t want to talk with me anymore.
Response from Triple Pane Systems Of Az
"The window the customer purchased is a triple pane window. The window is tinted with 4 coats of low-E. At installation time he wanted solar screen put on which we did for him at our expense. the other company that was up there was putting on another solar screen. The worker told him that it was dual pane which is not true. I have in contact with the owner of the other company and he apologized for his worker. Craig Benson, the owner, met with him this morning and showed him that the window is a triple glass window. He offered to have a manufacture rep meet with him to test the Low-E coatings on that window also. When our sales rep was up there a few weeks back, there were air conditioning guys there working on the air conditioning. He refused to give Craig the name of that company. We have also asked him for his son's phone number, who we have talked to before, but he wouldn't give us that either. He also stated that we take advantage of senior citizens. Absolutely not true! The owner also offered to come back out later in the day to take temperature reading on that window. Marilyn Benson-Office Manager"

They were great. When they came out, they gave me a good presentation. Their price was also very fair and competitive. I thought they were very professional. The windows took six weeks to arrive, which was the time that was given by them. Later, they came out and installed them. Currently, the windows look fine. I?ve already recommended them to a friend. I?ll definitely use them again in the future.

WHAT A WONDERFUL JOB THEY DID IN REPLACING MY OLD WINDOWS. THE NEW ONES MAKE MY LIVING ROOM LOOK GREAT. THEY LET IN SO MUCH MORE LIGHT AND MAKES THE ROOM LOOK BIGGER.
