TREAD LIGHTLY CARPET CARE

My real estate agent had recommended Tread Lightly  -- he had apparently hired them for carpet cleaning in his rental properties.  When I spoke to Matt on the phone (I believe he is the owner) I think I underestimated the amount of carpet in the house. 

An employee named Neil (I think) had arrived to perform the cleaning.  At that point, I think he realized that there was a bit more carpet involved than anticipated, but he still stuck with the original quote.  He was friendly and professional and seemed to do a thorough job.  Satisfied with the entire experience.

They are doing a good job. I am not sure of the price because I am having a couple of other things to be done, and they haven't told me the price yet for that. They are very reasonable. They are very professional. The quality of the work is really good and I will be using them again in the future.

Matt who is the guy that did the cleaning for me was very nice and polite. He always said yes sir and no sir whenever I talked to him which was almost too friendly for me. The guy did a great job removing the stain from the carpet and cleaning the other chairs and the couch. The price was very fair considering he put some corporate on each thing that he cleaned. The thing about him is that compared to Sears they charge more whenever we ask for the corporate protection and almost seem reluctant whenever we asked them to put some one.

The quality of the work was excellent and the service was done on time for a great price. We will definitely hire this company again to clean our carpets.
