This is a travel agent who has apparently gone out of business. Her phone was disconnected and her home phone was disconnected. We never did talk with her. Perhaps she's very ill ? Perhaps she moved away ? Based on reviews we were looking forward to working with her.

The small office staff was sufficiently helpful, attentive and above all listened to everything I wanted and we got exactly what we wanted originally. I am absolutely amazingly happy. First cruise and it was a simple appointment, well under budget and it makes me very very happy!

They are excellent. More than helpful. She called me back within a few hours. Anytime I ever called and left a message she has either emailed me or called me back right away. Great service. Great prices. Both her and her assistant are pleasant and easy to work with.

The service that Gail provided was excellent. Her thirty years in the business showed. I did a lot research on my own, but she suggested going one day earlier to save money and get a direct flight from Phoenix to Kona. Also, I didn't want to be tied to one hotel, so we could explore the Big Island. Gail made that happen that with a hotel and car package and then extended the deal on the car. I had no idea the hotel, that my wife wanted, was undergoing renovations. Gail discovered this info and suggested that it could be used to our advantage. We ended up with a nice incentive to go and the construction was not a factor. The entire process of working with Gail was a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

Gail did an AMAZING job of finding us great hotels in Europe - exactly what we wanted and organizing the car rental and pickup and drop-offs from our hotels to airports, etc. It was a wonderful trip - in large part because Gail took care of the details and there wasn't a single hitch for the entire 2+ weeks. She did the same great job on our trip to Hawaii. We would never consider using anyone but Gail for our travel needs and highly recommend that others do the same!
