Hired Eric/TCC to repaint windows and make minor repairs as needed. Took my deposits and ran for the hills after doing about 8 hours of painting which was never completed in June 2022. The little work that was done unsastisfactory (paint peeling and bubbling and one window continued to leak). Kept saying he was coming back, never did. Also paid for new doors which were never delivered let alone installed. Check on Google, the Better Business Bureau, and the AZ Registry of Contractors. This is not the first time he's taken someone's money and vanished.

Would not recommend this contractor, he would not schedule our small project until we gave him a deposit. He responded to a few calls and texts after receiving the deposit and never did anything on our project. Stopped answering calls and texts and failed to return the deposit. We filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors and upon conclusion of their investigation, he received a suspension his license and was reportedly fined as well. We finally received a refund of the deposit after months of dealing with him.

Eric & team did a great job replacing my odd-sized exterior door in a complicated space. They were able to work through the challenges without a problem. In addition to replacing the door, they also constructed and installed custom oak flooring transitions between my wood and tile floors. I'm so happy!

Their carpenter Drew and his assistant did a really good job. Had to have some touch up and he did it very well. Owner was very easy to work with.
