The report was produced quickly and was astoundingly detailed. Pictures, explanations and recommendations. Since we are not yet local, the value of this was extremely important. We knew there would be minor issues, but he came up with the little stuff that we would never have noticed.

Overall, it went very well. I contacted Jesse the day before the inspection through Angie's list and sent him a list of questions. Jesse was very responsive and followed up with me immediately. Jesse answered all my questions and put me at ease.
I wanted to do my inspection the next day and Jesse was very willing to accommodate me. Jesse showed up on time and got straight to work. As he went through the process with me, we discussed repair options and he answered all my questions. I was able to quickly decide which repairs I would ask the seller to address.
Jesse was punctual, thorough, and very professional, and also a very nice gentlemen. I recommend Jesse if you need a home inspection.
