TERRIBLE. This is what I sent him... no reply from him. I advised him I was going to leave a review and I wanted to see what he was going to say first. Never replied to my concerns...... Hey Tony. You looked at a car for me on December 17th of 2016. It was a black Lincoln MKX that I was buying for my daughter sight unseen. I just received an Angies List email today asking me to review your services. I figured, before I did, I would let you know the following: At the time of inspection you advised me that it needed new brakes and to be cleaned… that was it. Here is a list of everything that was not working properly. • Two of the tires had flat spots on them that needed to be replaced the next day after picking it up. At highway speeds you could easily hear and feel it. • There were NO TPMS sensors installed on the car • There were more than 5 OBD codes stored • A tone ring was cracked and required a new axle • An ABS wheel speed sensor was defective and needed replaced • The ABS Hydraulic Unit was defective and needed replaced • The ABS Electronic Control Unit was defective and needed replaced (The last three disabled the AdvanceTrac system which consist of ABS, Traction Control and Roll Stability). I can send you receipts verifying all of the above and the amount spent to take care of all of this was over $2000.00. This cost was through a mechanic that I know. Just to fix the ABS problem through ford would have been over $4000. To me, it appears you didn’t take this vehicle for a test drive. A quick stop would have verified to you that the ABS system was not working. A quick start would have verified that the Traction Control was not working. I feel you took advantage of the fact I wasn't there. I doubt you took it for a drive and doubt you spent more than 10 minutes on it. Waste of money!
