Arrived exactly on time and did the job promptly, even though it was a very tough clog that was in the wall in back of the sink-wonderful service-was very, very pleased with the job and the price was so very reasonable.  Very professional -have been recommending Tom to everyone I know.

he came out the next day. he said it may need a wax ring replaced but that he does not do that. what kind of a plumber does not change a wax ring on a toilet bowl?

I called Tom in the morning and was told that he was available the next day, but he later called and was able to fit me in today. He arrived at the appointed time, was shown the bathtub drain, removed the stopper, snaked it numerous times--removing obstructing hair each time--and finally tested it.  It was much better, but he said that the configuration of the 60-year-old tub would not allow great drainage when using maximum shower strength, and advised using a gentler setting. He charged his Angie's List-advertised price of $35, and was on his way.

I called Tom at 7:30 Monday morning.  He made an appointment for 11:00 a.m. and arrived promptly at 11:00.  He cleared the drain in the kitchen. fixed a leak under the kitchen sink which entailed two trips to the hardware store, and installed a new drain plug on the wall outside the kitchen.  He does excellent work, very dependable and reasonable price-wise.  I will continue to use his services and highly recommend him. 

I reached Tom at about 3:15 on the 23rd of December, explained to him the problem with the bath tub drain in the front bathroom. He was able to come to the house the same day, arrived when he said he would, and had the drain cleared in just a few minutes. I then asked if he could install new parts in the toilet tank in another bathroom. He agreed and had the new parts installed in a short time. He works quickly and does just what he says needs to be done. I will call him any time I have any kind of a plumbing problem. His invoice indicated that his business name is now Tom's Plumbing at the same address and phone number.

THEY WERE HERE WITHIN AN HOUR AFTER I CALLED. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. WHENEVER I NEED THEM THEY ALWAYS COME WITHIN 24 HRS. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT.
