hi my name is DON McCLELLAN-Im 71 YRS YOUNG IVE BEEN CLEANING CARPET OVER 50 YRS IN MY OWN BUSINESS Ive been in business here in tucson since 1971 I was the original company with the name THE ORIGINAL TUCSON CARPET CLEANERS I ONLY HAVE 1 TRUCK NOW ,and I work every job. I have more experience cleaning carpets than most carpet cleaners in tucson -our method of cleaning is the DUAL PROCESS -1ST WE SCRUBB THE CARPET WITH A ROTARY SCRUBBER (SHAMOOER) not a buffer "MORE GENTLE" ,with the very best safest shampoo in the industry THAT gets all the dirt loose like washing your hands with a scrubbrush then we go back over it with a super extractor (steam machine) to get all the dirt rinsed out with 200 degrees water and two three stage vaccume motors- most -carpets are dry within 2- 3 hours this dual process is very much better than any truck mount I KNOW COZ IF THERE WAS A BETTER WAY TO CLEAN ,I WOULD BE DOING IT and trust me Ive tried every method ive heard of and YOU STILL GOT TO SCRUB THE DIRT TO GET ANYTHING CLEAN and THATS WHAT WE DO.the shampoo comes from back east were carpets get a real beating with salt,sand,snow,mud,ect.tracked on them Included chemicals are antibacterialstatics, colorbrightners,fabric softners ,and most important-soil retardant- ,which is a crystalizing agent- it keeps cleaning your carpet long after we do -Here is how it works.When the humidity rises it activates the chemical ,while active it clings to the dirt ,when the humidity goes back down it crystalizes ,that action and you vacuuming the carpet is cleaning the carpet and might I add for a fairly long time. thats why our customers love our job, because everyone knows your carpet starts getting dirty -the first step on it.Ive been using this shampoo for over 50yrs. -it is very safe for babies, kids, pets, whoever -its been used in hospitals, schools, homes. embassys orphanages etc. it has a 7.5 PH almost nueteral we call it our magic potion ,coz it makes carpet look almost new again and let me repeat "VERY SAFE" EVEN IF YOUR CARPET IS FILTHY, most of the time, we will get it clean and looking good again, of course we would have to charge for any extra chemicals it take to clean it . we also clean upholstery if they are in too rough condition ,I tell you not to waste your money and again our customers are so happy with our work
