THE GARDEN GATE

We paid $600 for a design to relocate our BBQ and outdoor kitchen on 29 Aug 2020. Various contacts were made between August and December but they did not complete a design because they said they were too busy. They finally provided a basic sketch on 9 December that had no detail or specifics. I tried to get an appointment to meet but they said they were too busy until after the holidays. We finally got an appointment to meet on 6 Jan 2021. The meeting lasted 20 minutes and the designer was of no help. He said he was busy but would try to work up a proposal soon. We spent $600 and received basically a non dimensional drawing. We found another company who completed the site review, drawings, equipment specification and contractor review in one week. Construction starts on Monday, 25th January with the new company. I contacted the Garden Gate letting them know we were going someplace else. I received no response. They simply did not care about this project. We are spending almost $25K on the project so felt it would have been somewhat important. I was hoping the owner would at least ask how they could have done better, but they had no interest apparently. I lost $600 but made the right decision to go with another company.

I was not impressed with my service. They kind of lost me in the system at the beginning.

They were very professional, very knowledgeable, they had good crew that did good work, but sometimes they're a little hard to get a hold of. They also in the expensive side compared to other companies. They do good stuff and they knew what they were doing but they are on the pricy side.

Trimmed all existing shrubs and trees and prepped the site for artificial turf. They brought a dedicated crew and finished the job in approx 3 days! Installed new decorative rock also. We liked them so much we are using them for landscape maintenance; signed a contract for a year. They have a new location on Oracle Road in Tucson and the Vail Rd location is now the base for Az Landscape Maintenance is their maintenance division. The Garden Gate is the design division of the company. They did a great job and were very professional. Their pricing was competitive with two other bids we had. Courteous, english speaking a plus!

Great! Tray is very profesional and showed up daily to supervise work. Workers were on time, clean, professional. Fexible to budget needs.

It took a while for Tim to get back to me and then we scheduled work. Work was done well and to my satisfaction.

Tray and his crew have always been great to work with. Always on schedule, professional, and quality crew members. Excellent knowledge of how to garden in Southern Arizona.

I was more than happy with their service and I thought they did a wonderful job. There is nothing I am not happy with and the price was reasonable. That is all I have to say about them.
