Very professional job all around. They explained what was needed for significant trimming (and why). Total cleanup when completed More expensive than another estimate, but had a good schedule and were totally on time.

They had extra time when completing what was requested and offered to do additional work with the time remaining rather than wasting it. Very hard workers. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I was not aware that the team would not be using a lift and as such the majority of our tree trunks are now damaged. We wanted the trucks to have cut edges and not smooth and now many have both smooth and cut edges. Once the edges are cut smooth they cannot be fixed. In addition, the ladder caused damage in the middle of the tree trunks. The use of ladders should have been disclosed during the walk around. We won’t be using your services again.

"We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. At the time of the estimate, Bill did tell you that we would be climbing the palm trees in order to trim them. We did not cut the edges ( they are called boots and this is also known as shaving or skinning) Some areas where the boots were loose they started falling off as we climbed up to trim. Plus there was already a portion of about 10 ft missing where they had fallen off prior to us trimming. The ladder did not damage the trees. We trim tons of palm tree every year and have never had a ladder or climbing them do damage. Nor have we had a complaint. When we arrived the day of trimming, you could have stopped us before we started when you did not see a lift present. Instead you allowed us to trim all the palms along with a free extra one. You were also present during almost the entire job. You could have stopped us at anytime. But then you called and complained over a week later. We did the job we were hired us to do along with extra . Sorry to hear you are not happy Sincerely, Amy Drennan"

I had a pleasant experience with Bill, the estimator, and the price for the work was competitive, but I chose to use another contractor because of a slightly better price and an earlier date for service. I would call them again for an estimate, based on my initial experience.

Their crew is very efficient and work well together. Bill works with the homeowner in planning the job. Palm shaving is messy but they have it down to an art and clean it all up quickly. Will hire again.
