I was not present, but the list I left with the property manager was followed and I was pleased with the results. He even did some extra work that I had approved, but he was originally not sure he'd have time for. I'll definitely call him again.

I could not ask for better services. During the estimate I felt like all my concerns were listened to and they went above and beyond for me. They were very careful with my plants and flowers as they worked which I was worried about. The last company was not so courteous. I cannot say enough about this company and would recommend them to anyone wanting good quality work for a great price.

Michael Flowers and his crew were hired by my neighbors to cut a tree down that was leaning over onto my property. While I was at work they came onto my property without my permission, and fell the tree onto my property, removed alot of the limbs of another tree on my property, broke branches off of another bush and left the entire mess for me to deal with. I came home from work and found this. That man had no right be on my property. Do not hire him.
I did not know anyone was going to be dropping that tree. I had just spoken to the neighbor whose tree it was 2 days before, on a Saturday. My plan was to contact my insurance agent and find out how she wanted me to handle this.
I called That Tree Guy and spoke with Michael Flowers after the incidence, approximately one day later. He openly admitted to me on the telephone that he assumed I wanted the tree fell and NO he did not get my permission to come onto my property.

Very well. Performed requested work as requested. Have used this service for several years w/o any problems except for rain causing delays. Not their fault.
