Excellent work ethic and keeps promises made.Shows up on time and communicates. Takes pride in his work and is conscientious while working on your property.Goes above and beyond the extra mile. Also guarantees his work. He tested the drainage by running a garden hose to verify his slope accomplished the intended purpose which was to direct the water to the street. Hopefully, when it's monsoon rains this summer the rains will run the water to the street and away from the house.
