Initial project looked good and was reasonably priced. Provider was easy to work with a responsive. However cracks appeared quickly. Provider came out to repair the cracks but after about 6 months the repair was insufficient. Provider again came out and recognized the job had to be redone due to a bad batch on concrete. He made no excuses and immediately re-poured the job. Although not perfect in the beginning all seems good at this time.

My slab was poured 2 feet short. He said it was a mistake and added a 2 ft addition. Now I have a porch with a ugly 2 foot addition. Then less than a week later a got a 10 foot crack. He came back and did a repair that didnt match then IT cracked open. Today it rained and I can see how uneven it was as it pooled up in many places. My wife and I saved for this project and now everytime I open my door I'm angery and sad!
