Very well. Found excessive roots, and subsequently had area excavated to discover past work was allowing invasive roots to enter the line. That was corrected.

I have had them work with many many clients and the clients have 100% been happy all around.

He was wringing wet with sweat but he replaced the element that had gone bad. Even left with a smile. Will definitely hire again.

The team of two were on time each day, were very courteous and clean in their work. The quality of their craftsmanship was exceptionally high. Of more than 100 new connections, only one needed to be re-made when the water was re-routed thru the new pipes. They cleaned up the house each day when they finished. It is an older home with older pipes. They ended up having to route the pipes and that involved a bunch of stuff like cutting through some of the tile in the kitchen, cutting a hole in the wall and replacing some pipes because different things broke. They were originally from 1947 and no one had done anything. I do not have a garbage disposal, which I want so badly. So who knows how much gunk was down there. They had to kind of remount the whole underneath-the-house part and then replace these pieces and put a little blob of masonry and put the dishwasher back where it was. It ran more money than I had anticipated. But that could just be my naivety. One fellow who I dealt with most was Aaron Rice. He has been very responsive anytime I've had a question or had them come out to double check something. They had put the dishwasher back to where it went but I couldn't open a drawer all the way, without opening up the dishwasher. They came back and fixed that. There was no problem, no charge or anything and pushed it all back in. My interactions with them were very good. The work they did seems to be fine.

Three days after moving into a house built in 1968 the toilets began backing up. Southern Arizona Plumbing was onsite within 2 hours. Snaking the toilet and main line did not resolve the problem. They put a camera in the main line and determined that the septic tank outlet was almost totally blocked by tree roots. The septic tank had been pumped and tested 6 weeks earlier for a pre-buy inspection by a local company that has an A rating on this list. I have been told by knowledgeable people that there is no way that tree roots that extensive could have developed that quickly. Southern Arizona dug up the area, cleared the blockage, hydrojet cleaned the leach lines and main line. They had 2-3 men onsite for 2 days. Considering the labor involved, I consider the cost very reasonable. All of them were very professional and friendly. Hard to believe they made no mess, given the nature of what they were working with. I highly recommend them for this type of work. Our neighbors have used them for other plumbing work and are equally pleased.

We have had trouble with it for years and used several plumbers, but this was the first one who got it corrected. Kohler was very good about replacing parts, but we paid for the series of plumbers involved. Southern's Donny would not give up and finally came up with the solution. A huge relief!
