The movers were quick, friendly and pleasant, even moving in the hot weather!

Devin, Jordan, and Joe were amazing during our move! They made the process super easy and worked their butts off (Especially for it being 110° outside). I highly recommend their services and really appreciate their hard work!

I can not get the whole experience here in 999 characters, but suffice it to say I was terribly overcharged. BE AWARE...YOUR FINAL BILL WILL BE TWICE YOUR QUOTE, THEY WILL NOT UNLOAD THE TRUCK TIL THEY GET PAID, THEY DO NOT TAKE CHECKS, AND IF THEY DAMAGE ANYTHING THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. They should not be recommended by Angi. I would never recommend this company to anybody and they should be taken off Angi.

The guys were great! They did a wonderful job, put my furniture where I wanted it and all the boxes and tubs also. If I ever move again, I would hire them again.

Was not advised during estimate that we would be charged 197.00 for travel time. When setting up service is when we were told.

Smart Move was great, the two guys showed up on time, did a fantastic job in unloading, and installing the sectional. There was a slight difference in the quoted price and what the installer put on the invoice, but he quickly resolved it with Ricky (the one who quoted me), and they stuck to their quote. I recommend Smart Move!

These guys were absolutely incredible. I need them to load a storage unit with boxes and furniture from a u-haul. They were organized and fast.

Waited HOURS after scheduling appointment weeks in advance. Dispatcher mentioned drivers needed sleep(which was understandable) when drivers called to state they were on their way they mentioned they were leaving the job they just finished. Movers were great and professionalâ ¦the customer service side not great at all.

They went above and beyond what was expected of. Them......Wonderful experience......I would hire this Co. Again! Great guys.....

If someone answers the phone with: "This is Ricky, and I can certainly help you today!", it says something about their confidence. And it only got better from there. I even did an office visit to meet them in advance. They know what they are doing ...

Polite, efficient and on time. Though a small job,, it was moved carefully Would call Smart Move should We need a service again.

Items were broken, unprofessional customer service, overcharged way overestimate, my house is damaged and it is brand new from movers moving items into the home and not doing it adequately. Items that are broken are too smart TVs, a 55-in and a 50-in along with them dropping my washer. However, it is still is workable. Furniture is chipped or has cracks on items that were improperly packaged in truck. No assistance when asking for resolution to damaged goods and price paid of 1K. Workers did not have proper tools to complete tasks if that is at hand of putting items back together as honored by management. I had to do this on my own with my own tools. There movers asked for food and items on site during service.

Smart Move did a great job of moving furniture and belongings from an apartment to storage. Tony, Anthony & Rich were professional, helpful and careful with packing and moving our stuff.

The guys were well intended claimed years of experience, but items not packed in the best fashion to utilize entire space. What did not fit they did not bring down stairs and we had to move ourselves which is why we hired movers. When we got items numerous things broken and bent.

We paid twice as much to move as we were quoted. Smart Move stores our belongings for us which they misplaced for two days. After receiving a low ball offer for damaged items the owner told us if we did not like it we could sue him.

Very unprofessional. Endured much furniture and floor damages.
