Due to a lightning strike the rotor and stator had to be rebuilt. Voltage regulator replaced. Took a lot of work and Erik Simonsen was very thorough. Came back multiple times to make adjustments. We initially purchased the generator for out off-grid, solar & generator powered Arizona place from Simonsen. Would recommend them to anyone needing a generator. They know how to repair and service, not just sell the equipment.

The generator on my Pleasureway would not stay running, I called Simonsen Generator service and spoke to Ken and he told me to come in with the rv so they could look at it. I did this today on 11/5. The service tech was professional, thorough, and for sure knew his trade, We were treated with the greatest respect and when he was finished we were taken aside and explained the correct procedure to operate the Onan 2.8 unit They told me there would not be a charge . I could not have asked for better treatment from a company. I will return when it is time for routine service or anything
