I went there on the recommendation of our general contractor. Mike Sr. was very helpful, as was all of the staff. They had the latest in tile selection for interior design trends - items that were hard to find across the country. Every time I walked in, the guys immediately asked how the project was going (a major house remodel) which made me feel as though they sincerely cared not only about my business, but about my comfort and happiness in the end project. Mike Sr. stayed with me after closing hours, helped me narrow down tile selections and grout choices with a great interior design "eye", and brought up a lot of issues that were important but that I hadn't considered. He insisted I take home tile samples to look at them in different light to ensure I was happy. He returned my phone calls promptly and was happy to teach me (A LOT) about the process which was invaluable when dealing with a first time major remodel. He was even willing to trouble shoot with my contractor one-on-one when I had concerns I wasn't sure I was able to communicate effectively. When I returned some of our excess tiles, the guys were excited to see pictures of our finished house. Sierra Tile are the type of people you want to send Christmas cards to! They absolutely have a lifetime customer - although I am not sure I want to re-tile my house again ever - it is so beautiful!

The sales representatives at Sierra are some of the best and most professional in Tucson.  They work with contractors and just as easily with homeowners on DIY projects.  
We had a tile sample that was about 4 years old and they helped source an almost perfect match, even though it was a very small amount.  We are sure they put more time into than money that they made!
The showroom is very well laid out and has great examples, there is no sales pressure and they gave us lots of helpful tips.

We ordered tile for two bathrooms, both floor and shower tile, along with tiles for a bath surround. The shippment arrived timely. But whenour contractor brought it to the job site, he said we ordered too much tile. He was correct. We returned the unused portion of tile and we were issued a refund. Sierra Tile is a pleasure to work with.
