Description of Work: Our terra cotta roof developed a leak, which spread into our cathedral ceiling and walls. ServPro worked and coordinated closely with my Insurance Company and me. From start to finish, they were responsive and professional. Great crew.

This company was referred by my insurance company. They responded immediately and started remediation after one day. Every surface in the house was cleaned as well as carpets, furniture, blinds and clothing. They came back and repeated treatments on leather furniture till we were satisfied. Lead technician Jose was very knowledgeable, responsive and informative. They made it all right and lived up to their slogan "Like it never even happened". Being a preferred vendor for my insurance company made the whole process seamless as they worked very closely with the adjuster.
Description of Work: Following a smoke fire there was smoke damage throughout the house. SERVPRO cleaned the whole place and got rid of the smoke odor.
