SECOND OPINION HOME & VEHICLE INSPECTIONS

Dave is thorough and provides a detailed report on home condition. He's the only one I trust to do inspections for my real estate transactions.

I'm so glad I hired Second Opinion to do my inspection because that is exactly the service he performed. Dave's was the the second inspection on the home in recent months. I bid on a home that had previous buyers who backed out of their contract during the 10 day inspection period. The seller assured my realtor that only "a few small things" were found in the previous inspection and that he had fixed all of them. Well, this house truly did need a second opinion. Dave performed a thorough inspection and pointed out to me all the issues he was finding, explained to me why they were issues and even mentioned what they would cost to repair. He was very thorough, very professional and very matter-of-fact about his findings. I appreciate that he didn't pass judgement on the house or on me for choosing the house. His write-up was easy to understand, broken down into helpful categories, and it even included pictures. I highly recommend Second Opinion for your home inspection. Use them the first time!

The inspection was great. David showed me many things that were incorrectly completed and how I could fix them. He walked me through the entire house and advised me sale fixes and warned me about the not so simple ones.

David was quick to call me back and set up a time for the inspection. The prices were higher than listed on his website. He was able to set up a time to go check out the vehicle the next day. I know very little about cars and he was very understanding and helpful. about the entire process and offered reassurance with the uncertainty of buying a car off of Craigslist. I would not hesitate to use him again.
