Home inspection was very thorough, helped us decide not to buy the home being inspected.

Awesome! Best customer service I have had in a while. Inspector called me and went over everything and was very thorough.

We had to re-schedule our appointment with Seal of Approval because a family member was traveling to Tucson to participate in the inspection.  Kim and Dave were very kind to make the change.  They arrived early and conducted a very thorough inspection of the large house.  They showed us critical areas during the inspection and went over the findings at the conclusion of their inspection.  They also pointed out things we should consider both inside the house and in the yard that are not required as part of the inspection procedures.  The inspection was at 3:00 pm.  Before 10:00 that evening the 12-page report was emailed to us.  Excellent service!

We found a home that we put an offer on but there were a few issues we needed addressed.  Our realtor recommended we use Seal of Approval for our home inspection and we could not be more grateful. Dave was extremely thorough and found several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. He also found and addressed with us numerous safety issues. We did not purchase this home based on the deplorable condition the home was in. We found a second home and we called Seal of Approval to perform our home inspection.  Once again Seal of Approval was extremely thorough. We appreciate the fact that Dave informed us of even the smallest details that may become an issue down the road. He truly has his clients best interest at heart and we HIGHLY recommend Seal of Approval.  We were so impressed we used his services twice and if we buy another home in the Tucson area Seal of Approval will be getting our business again.

Dave did our inspection. I have had a number of home inspections around the U.S. related to prior home purchases and this was by far the most thorough. Dave welcomed all questions and went above and beyond the required level of service. He also advised that I could call him with any additional questions I might have after I move into the house. He was very friendly and was obviously very skilled in his profession.

Thorough, reliable

The afternoon of the inspection, it was raining (moonsoon season). The inspector arrived considerably early for the appointment. He was very courteous and professional in his demeanor. We walked through the coop and he pointed out different things to me that he was putting in his report. Also, gave me a few tips about how to handle different problems. Unfortunately, the inspection was interrupted by a power outage. All of us left and the apartment was locked up. I could not be at the subsequent inspection, but he completed the job after the Realtor opened the building for him. The inspector was subsequently available by telephone, and provided the report to me by a PDF attachment by email. It was great! (Apartment is a mess, but the report was great)!

A full detailed report, including photos, was provided promptly following the inspection. The report was coded with specific abbreviations noting which areas need attention or replacement. The inspector was very complete in all areas of the inspection and encouraged me to walk through with him during the inspection so he could specifically point out areas that needed attention either immediately or in the future. As this is an older home, he took the time to answer any questions and also provided different suggestions as to what could be done in the future to improve areas of the home. We have since used this report to assist in prioritizing which repairs and upgrades needed to be done first. Very thorough inspection.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY NICE. WE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A VERY FAIR PRICE. WE WISHED THAT THEY WOULD EXPLAIN THINGS A LITTLE BETTER SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE ANY QUESTIONS LATER THOUGH.
