The whole team involved is so wonderful. The estimator, Mike, went out of his way to put a temporary fix on the hole in the roof. Then the re-roofing project was executed much sooner than I expected, relieving my anxiety over the leak through that hole in the roof. The actual roofing team members were very considerate, waiting quietly in the truck early in the morning until I noticed their presence and moved my car out of the way. The dumpster was placed to leave me enough room to park my car next to it when I returned home. The whole property was swept clean at the end of every day. Warning signs and tapes were in place to warn others at night not to enter a danger zone. Best of all, I requested the original remaining tiles to be saved for me and they were neatly piled in the backyard out of the way. I would recommend it to everyone for a professional job meticulously planned and executed by the whole team. Thank you, Mike C. and Scott Roofing!

The job was performed last week so I can't vouch for the test of time. Scheduling the actual work took a long time: Close to 3 months between the visit of the bidder and the actual roofing work. Scott Roofing is in high demand. The actual schedule of the work could only be communicated the week prior to the job. On the VERY positive side the crew was on time (2 days) and left a pristine job site: they removed any trace of tar from the ground and removed absolutely all traces of their passage. The office staff is very responsive. Payment over the phone was very easy with paperwork following via US mail. Kudos.

I set up an appointment online via HomeAdvisor when I knew I needed a roof repair. The appointment was verified by Scott Roofing and the representative showed up on time. He inspected my entire roof and gave me a very thorough explanation of what was causing a leak. Of all the roofing companies I had contacted for estimates, I felt the one provided by Scott Roofing was the most professional one. My husband and I decided to go with them for our repair and we have been pleased with everything about this company. They gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving, showed up when they said they would start and had everything done and cleaned up in two days. The actual men doing the repair were polite, considerate and worked quickly. Although none of us want to have to pay out large amounts of money for home repairs, it's necessary sometimes and Scott Roofing made it as painless as possible for us. Great job, great company and I would highly recommend them to others in need of tile roof repairs or replacement.

They came to check the roof and found it to be sound without need of repair. One tile fell from the roof and broke on the driveway. Since they only do full roof repair, they suggested another company. So the walked the roof to check for damage, assured us that it was in good shape, and didn't charge a penny.

Although I hired the company to provide a quote for roof repairs, the estimator informed me that Scott Roofing does not do roof repairs, only complete roof replacement.

They were on time in every instance throughout the project. The estimator came prepared. He gave me a very complete file that contained product and company information and I had a detailed written estimate before the estimator left my home. This attention to detail made it very easy for me to make the best decision. A different company that came to my home was not as well prepared and promised an estimate via email in a few days. It took them more than a week to send it and by that time I had already hired Scott Roofing. My project took 3 days to complete and the crew was great. They took great pains to ensure they kept my home as clean and debris free as possible while doing the work. When the work was completed, the crew spent quite a while ensuring all the debris was gone and even pressure washed the street where the hot tar trailer was parked.

The workers were on time, professional, worked hard, did the work in the promised time. They cleaned up really well every day before they left. The roof is better than new now! Would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Mr. Jimmy Nori went above and beyond to take care of a minor shingle issue in a very timely and professional manner. Scott Roofing is in our opinion the leader in roofing needs and our family and neighbors have hired them consistently through the years.

My wife and I got tired of chasing roof leaks after six times. We received six estimates for reroofing and chose Scott Roofing to do the job, based on their price (which was in the middle of the pack) and their 20 year warranty against leaks. They started the work 10 days after we signed the contract with the estimator, Bob Reed, who was very professional. This gave us a new roof well before the monsoon season. They sent a crew down from Phoenix to do the work, which took almost three full (and very long) days. They cleaned up the ground around the house every day before leaving the job site. They replaced rotted wood and used one and one-half pallets of new tiles. The production manager, Roy Dowse, was very helpful and professional. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Scott Roofing to my friends and neighbors.

On the whole, the company was very professional and the work was completed quickly. No mess left behind.

I'm a first time home owner and I was really not sure who to trust. I'm glad I ended up going with Scott Roofing. They were very professional and did excellent work. I would most certainly use them again if I needed anymore work done on my roof.
