This was the second time we have used Sampson's Plumbing and we would definitely use them when we need help with plumbing. Made an appointment when we called and showed up on time. This was not a major job but was completed quickly and we appreciate having our kitchen back in order.

Just moved in and needed some hose bibs and the pool line fixed. Glenn was very responsive and punctual. He fixed our issues at a cheap rate and was quick and thorough. He also identified and adjusted the regulator pump that was not on the list of things needing to be fixed. He saw the potential issue, showed it to me and corrected it with no additional charge. It wasnâ t just his professional aptitude that was refreshing. It was also the attention to detail on how he accomplished the fix-actions. Truly awesome to see a service pro with that much care!!! Thank you!!!

Glenn is very knowledgeable, predicted the cause of my plumbing issue, and resolved it quickly and for a reasonable fee. Unlike many contractors I have dealt with in the past, I did not need to clean up after he was finished - he runs a very professional operation. He answered my first call (rather than sending it to voicemail), and gave me his first available time slot the next day. I also appreciated his courtesy call on the day of my appointment to let me know when he would be arriving. I would call him again and recommend him to others without hesitation.

2 different people called me with quotes and Glenn's was lower so I hired him to do the job. He was available immediately so the day after the quote he showed up and installed the water heater and recirculating pump in about 3-4 hours which was great. Everything is working great!

Glenn called me back within an hour. I told him what the problem was with my toilet, he quoted me 3 different solutions & said he wouldnâ t know for sure what the total cost would be until he came over to look at it. He came over, gave me a price & I gave him the go ahead to fix the problem. Glenn was prompt, did excellent work & cleanup & was honest. If the need arises I definitely will call him again.
