SAM LEVITZ FURNITURE

We bought a desk and several other pieces for an office in our new home.  The salesperson said it was all in stock and would be delivered that week.  Delivery arrived with several missing pieces.  Called salesperson who said the computer was wrong and she had to back order one week.  When that didnt arrive, salesperson was not responsive, but finally returned our call to say we had to wait another week.  Very disappointed that the salesperson was dishonest about the availability and delivery at the time of purchase.  But we like the furniture we finally received!  If you buy from Levitz, be prepared to wait, no matter what they tell you in the store. 

We bought the cleaning protection policy because the salesman assured us that it covered animal urine protection and cleaning.  Our cat peed on the sofa and when we called the insurance company, we were told that we hadn't bought the protection against animal urine damage, only general cleaning.  We were misled by the salesman and Levitz isn't willing to stand by their salesman's assurances.

Terrible ,

I had issues with both the leather chair and couch that I ordered.  I notified Sam Levitz and the manager there had both items replaced  and the defective items picked up.
