Getting to the point where the house call could be made required a whole lot of phone calls and unreturned messages. When they finally did schedule a time and come to the house the window of time they wanted was large, they could not pinpoint a time. Unprofessional handling of the phone calls, communication was very difficult even though English was spoken. I am a mechanical engineer that understands A/C but the owner talked down to me and did not understand my technical questions. He refused to work on the unit saying it was undersized, which I was already aware of; this is even more reason to service it, check the refrigerant pressures and so forth but he seemed mildly belligerent, not understanding my statements and requests and responding as if I did not know what I am talking about. I think his HVAC guy was busy but this was no way to handle it IMHO.

Finally, The A/C never got serviced whatsoever (didn't pay fort it either) and a shower drain cover was simply removed and some gunk spooned out, none of the snaking I paid $125 for was done. No improvement.
