The service was fine. They did very fine service for us, and then they did a house call service for us as well. We were very pleased with them. The service was excellent, they were very professional, and very friendly.

We dropped off a desktop computer at the shop for virus/malware removal on a Saturday. The computer was ready about 2 business days later. They removed the viruses/malware and cleaned up the computer. They removed the old anti-virus software and installed better anti-virus and malware software. The computer is running great now. They did a great job explaining what they did and what I needed to do to keep the computer clean. I would definitely use them again.

Desktop PC had been running slow and could not use IE at all though Google chrome was fine. Printer was having response problems. He did all of the above. Appt window was originally 11-noon but tech had car problems and resch to 1:30 and he arrived before that. Carl was efficient and knowledgable and fixed all problems and improved response time (run Windows 7) on desktop Dell. I checked things before he left.
Price was far lower than I was expecting.

I hired the guy to come and do it and he was very cheerful and very competent and earlier I had another one of their people come and set up my new desktop and transfer the data and do all those things. The thing that I appreciate most about their people, Steve in particular is that, when you talk to him, its very clear that I am not a technological person but he never talks down. You have that experience with people who are expert and they would say "How stupid are you?" and he does not do that and i think that, I talked to three or four different groups before I decided of giving Saguaro a try because of generosity of spirit that makes him recognized that what's simple to him is not simple to other people.

Joel ran tests to determine the cause of my computer's problems. When the tests didn't weren't conclusive, he opened the computer and found the problem. He charged me only the initial cost of $65 and offered to tune my computer up for an additional $25, which I accepted.

Things went very well. They managed to break the machine out of the loop, then tune it up to optimize performance. These guys really know what they are doing. I will take my hard-to-solve computer problems to them in the future.

iPhone screen repair was fast and no issue. iPad screen is "glued" with double-sided tape. When original tape allowed screen to lift (no big deal for me, but my daughter would not accept it), they replaced it with no question at all. The Alienware laptop... couldn't be fixed. I think they spent far more time trying to repair it than the $65 bench fee would cover.
This is a shop for getting into hardware repairs, not just running a virus scan. I believe these people are intimately familiar with the pieces and parts of the equipment they repair. Many "disposable" electronics can still be fixed for hardware problems. I expect I'll ask Saguaro PC to work on future equipment as well.
For my own credentials? I just repaired my own failing 8 yr-old laptop with a replacement DVD-RW drive and swapped out the hard disk for an SSD. I'm no slouch on hardware repairs and overhauls. But I still would like these guys to do the repairs that look too intense for me.

- My computer was working slowly and I needed help. Unfortunately, I listened to a relative that does computer repair and offered to fix it. Well, needless to say my computer went from working slowly to crashing all together with a few days. I called Steve at Saguaro PC tech. I have used him before in the past and he has always been great. He came to my house the same day I called. He looked at the computer and told me that for what needed to be done, it would be better and less expensive if he took it to his shop to repair it rather than spending hours on site (in home). This was not going to an easy fix and would take some time. He took my computer and within 2 days returned it to me in perfect running condition. He was so conscientious, that he even re-ran diagnostics in my house to my sure it work as well as it did in his office. He also loaded a scheduled computer maintenance folder of my computer, so that diagnostics would be ran weekly and catch any problems early if they occurred. He made sure my computer had the proper security protection, anti-virus and spyware. He also made sure that my wi fi was secure. Steve and his crew really know computers.
- They are honest, a joy to work with, and are fairly priced. Before he left my house, he made sure he went over everything he did. He made sure I knew how to re-download any programs that I needed to add. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was running fine. I would not trust anyone else with my computer now. If you have a computer problem, then Saguaro PC Tech is your solution

They were very polite and professional. They told me what they would be doing and how they would be doing it. They asked if I had any questions, concerns or other problems I needed fixed with the computer. The owner, Steve, and 2 techs were there. They were very nice, patient and they know how to talk to customers that don't know very much about computers. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. I will be taking in my 2 other PCs to them when I have the time.

Steve and his technical staff did an excellent job of explaining their diagnoses and the possible remedies. They suggested alternatives and possible additional repair work that could be done, but did not press or insist that this work was necessary.
I feel that the labor charges were reasonable and fair. The new hard drive was of better quality than the old one, and the cost was was competitive with online offerings. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
