Ruth personally went to over 100 homes (yes, that was 100) before showing me the homes she thought might work for us. Wow, did she work hard!!!! She continued to narrow her parameters after our initial outing to look for homes, and was she ever attentive to our wants and needs. This woman is the best! To make things worse for Ruth, my wife never saw the home until after we made an offer as we live out of state. She was thrilled with the house. I know this may sound sappy, but Ruth is the best. Not only was she incredible in her house hunting skills, but she was always a step ahead of me. She sent me absolutely everything I needed and that the lender or anybody else wanted before it was asked for. She went out of her way to provide more than just house finding services, she made sure absolutely every step of the house buying process went perfectly until the keys were in my hand and she knew I was satisfied. Ruth, you are the best and I thank you for all your help!!!!!
