Russett Southwest has been serving the Tucson and surrounding areas since 1947. With integrity and honesty as our foundation, and customer service as our primary goal, we are proud to offer a variety of Tucson heating and air conditioning services. We have always provided comprehensive heating and air conditioning for residential new construction. For existing homes, we provide multiple maintenance programs, complete repair services, an extensive remodel and replacement department as well as complete indoor air quality services.

"Regarding the service call performed on 5/16/2024 at [Member Information Removed] North [Member Information Removed] The first technician for the diagnostic call found a defective fan/compressor capacitor. Our technician contacted the homeowner ([Member Name Removed] with a price on replacing the capacitor at the price of $342.00. The customer agreed on the repair [Member Information Removed] our technician proceeded to replace the defective part [Member Information Removed] check the operations of the system with the outdoor motor operational. Later that same evening the customer called indicating that the HVAC system was not working again. We dispatched another technician to find out why the system was not working. The second technician found a defective outdoor fan motor. Our technician called the customer informing the customer of the defective outdoor motor [Member Information Removed] the cost of replacement at a discounted rate of $422.00 from the original price of $765.00 for the inconvenience. The customer approved the replacement of the outdoor fan motor. The customer spoke with our service manager [Member Information Removed] voiced his concerns about his bill. Our service manager was able to reimburse the customer on the cost of the fan/motor capacitor (-$342.00) for the inconvenience. The homeowner did agree the reimbursement [Member Information Removed] discounted service was fair at that point with the customer only paying for the fair amount of $510.00 total for the job completed. We do feel like we were fair [Member Information Removed] just in agreement on the work performed for our customer."
